Had a mechanical watch that needed servicing. Turned out the problem was easier to fix than when the work was quoted for, so I was charged much less than expected. Really appreciated the honesty as Id never have known that the work was easier than first thought.

Jay is a personable chap himself, but is unable even to change watch batteries in his shop. Charged 45 for two, and had to send the 'to the workshop' for 3 weeks, in he end. The second watch stopped after two weeks,...another 3 weeks away and 'contacts mended'....30. All very dissapointing, - my last visit. FYI - he took over some time ago from the jeweler I used in that shop for 25 years.

Poor service. Paid a lot to have the battery changed and now the dates display too far left in the aperture. The shopkeeper refused to adjust it. There is also dirt on the inside, see at 19mins. Won't go here again.

Bought a yellow gold rope chain and was absolutely delighted with it. A few months later I went back asking if he had a larger and heavier rose gold rope. The gentleman sourced it for me and it was ready to be picked up within a week. Great service here would definitely recommend
