What a fantastic local business especially in a year like this one. Sam, Andy & team are all brilliant. They have great products & are really friendly & knowledgeable. I found them so accommodating, we were desperate to get some proper flooring down as had none after a big re-build but we were waiting for wadrobes to be fitted in our new loft room and thought we would have to wait for that to be done but they came in and did what they could & then came back at a later date to finish off the job, no problems at all. They then came back and replaced a few panels that we ourselves damaged with the spare ones we had free of charge as a one off, which was totally unexpected but so appreciated & such a lovely gesture. Phenomenal customer service, cant recommend enough. Thank you for everything.

We used this company to change all the carpets at my Nans house. They arrived later than arranged. And then they kept leaving to fit in other jobs. What should have been done in one day, took nearly a week. Maybe if they had done a good job, we wouldn't have minded the extra time it took. But they didn't, so nothing positive to say. Won't be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic........the guys were really helpful in the shop and the laying if the carpets was very professional. Tidy , polite ,all round great guys . Definitely the place to go for your flooring needs .

Just come home from holiday to a brand new bathroom fitted the flooring people what a great job they did. they were recommended to me by a friend for there karndean flooring and they certainly lived up to it.
