I contacted this organisation with a straightforward request for Healthwatch to become a stakeholder in a NICE consultation which would be starting in a few months. Several emails went ignored and unanswered and telephone calls equally failed to produce any action. For an organisation which is supposed to be a "consumer champion" , this Healthwatch seems to have absolutely no interest in representing the consumers it is meant to be championing.
