Honestly the best experience Ive had as a tenant with estate agents in Brighton from start to finish. The only letting agents Ive dealt with that have a level of care towards their tenants. Although, I must have been lucky with my landlord too. Credit to Emily who dealt with my tenancy and has been so helpful and prompt with keeping me in the loop. Maintenance problem was literally sorted the same day. The only time communication was poor was during Covid-19 where someone else took over Emilys role, but I think this is understandable. Unfortunately I left my tenancy early but I would definitely rent with Halls again!

Much better experience with Halls than other letting agents in Brighton - friendly and supportive team who manage the property very well.

Slow to get our deposit back, been 2 months and we are still waiting. Landlord was a nightmare to communicate with, it took over a month for him to allow for wifi to be installed, a basic amenity in the year 2019
