Big thank you to Ben and Nicola at Century 21 who having been first time sellers made this process as straight forward and comfortable as it could have been, despite the error in my choice of conveyancing firm making the process last embarrassingly long! From the get go I was extremely impressed with Ben on his knowledge of the area and the info he provided on what the likely sale price our property may achieve. Our property was a little on the tired side and we knew that and it became relative to the very honest and open feedback that Nicola gave us throughout the viewings. She was concise and specific and gave very detailed reasonings on what viewers were advising who werent interested which we completely appreciated, so, we were happy with the sale price we achieved. We sold in a month which was superb, but things definitely werent plain sailing due to my choice in conveyancing firm, I should have trusted their advice from the start and just paid a little more for somebody else. Despite this, Ben and Nicola didnt lose faith and continued to update us and chase where appropriate in order to get this over the line and were always open and honest which put us at ease. We were also slowed down terribly by our buyers solicitor towards the end so again, chasing him was imperative on Ben and Nicolas part. They certainly took a lot of that stress away that this would indeed complete, and we werent going to go backwards despite the unnecessary hiccups. Couldnt be happier with the outcome, and thank you again to both Nicola and Ben for putting up with my constant phone calls to check in and thousands of emails that went back and forth. Were really pleased and I wouldnt hesitate to use Century 21 again in the future.

Nicola and the team at Century 21 were the estate agents for a recent purchase I made of a house in Brighton.
