I am in a state of shock: my two friends have been donating over the last few weeks hundreds of CDs (all clean and in perfect condition, each CD checked properly): they are always thanked for their donation by the staff. However, yesterday (FRIDAY 2ND DECEMBER, AROUND 2.30PM), they walked past the shop and saw a brown hair woman (who works there, who had thanked them that very morning, around 9am, for their CDs donation) throw all of them in the bin outside (blue bin). My friend checked: it was all the CDs he had given: he scooped them out and went to give them to PDSA. But obviously that means all the other donated goods have been wasted. That means hundreds of pounds worth of donations have been wasted over the last few weeks, which could have gone to another charity shop (like PDSA nearby, they are always grateful for CDs). It is also incredibly environmentally damaging. My two friends have been shopping there a lot for the last few years, but needless to say they will never ever shop there again.

My favourite charity shop! Stock is changed regularly and it's extremely organized. Prices are reasonable for the quality of clothing. The staff are LOVELY and always helpful.
