I was in this garage for the first time, the woman who works at the reception is very rude and even yells at me. I'm a customer, the service should be kind and friendly, but I got the opposite. Apart from paying for everything that needed to be fixed on the car, I expected it to be done as it should, unfortunately this was not done either. I advise the owner to pay attention to the problems with his staff if he does not want to lose more customers. I will not return as a customer as I have not recommended this garage to anyone, I am very disappointed with the entire service .

I sat in reception while I had my MOT test and chatted to the receptionist who has a rather quirky sense of humour that was really quite amusing. While I sat there I was astonished by the way two taxi drivers spoke to her but was very pleased to see she could hold her own and was not prepared to take any of their nonsense, good for her. Love this garage, it's like being part of a soap opera Service: Brakes

I been this garage 7years ,it was very friendly reception gentleman and very good service,but today the reception women always not nice mood, doesn't want answers my questions,i feel shocking and not back anymore.
