GK Whites were very responsive during our tenancy and fixed any issues that did arise. However, on moving out they charged us almost 400 for a professional house clean. Their excuse was that we had left dust and the oven wasnt clean. We made sure the house was clean, did two oven cleans and were still penalised. Be careful at the end of your tenancies, they will try take your deposit. Take photos of everything once you move in.
