There was an inspection in the student accommodation I am renting on the 13th of January. Following this inspection I found that there was an item missing from my bedroom, as my room was locked prior to the inspection and no one other than myself and G4 Lets have access to my room, I can only assume that this item went missing as a result of the inspection. G4 have investigated this and deny my claims.

Avoid G4 Lets: 1) G4 Lets entered the property illegally numerous times without 24 hours notice 2) Personal data was leaked by G4 Lets due to a data breach, this was down to reckless staff data security practices. 3) House was uncleaned on arrival. Carpets were not fitted properly leading to moth infestation. On inspection, the landlord and G4 representative tried to get me to pay for the exterminator before pushback (they were aware that they were liable for the cost, however, were seeing what they could get away with).

I've been with G4 since November 2021. So far, I have to say that G4 are very kind and accommodating. They are happy to supply items and equipment that is needed by tenants such as dehumidifiers and more, they usually do this in a relatively smooth and timely manner However my issues arise from communication issues between G4 and its associated companies. They employ a cleaning agency that misplaced our Wi-Fi mesh system that had been supplied by G4 themselves showing issues with communication. I currently have a package in the abyss that was delivered during a 10 day hiatus between continued years at the property. This was so they could clean the property. The package still hasn't appeared. Even after I have let G4 know that it was delivered. Cleaning service could have done a slightly better job with the property As external outdoor areas of my property were not cleaned. Overall i am quite happy with the experience and services that G4lets provides. But these hiccups and issues leaves me rather irritated.
