    Been renting from Pavilion Properties for a good few years and I have to say that the level of service has been brilliant. Jack in particular has been exceptional when its come to any maintenance issues Ive had. I would recommend Pavilion Properties to any of my friends and family.

    I have been renting for 6 years in Brighton. Pavilion properties has probably been one of the best so far. They are very attentive and responsive to any problem the tenant might have. However, as every other agency they tried to overcharge us when it was time to give us back the deposit. The agent sent us an email with deductions invented by him. When asked to provide invoices/receipts of the work done in the flat after our departure, he said he didn't have them as "he agreed verbally" with the cleaning agencies/ electricians, and etc. When we told them we would have seek legal advice, considering they were not adhering to the 2019 tenancy act, they magically provided receipts (which were obviously showing a lower amount to pay). This behaviour deserved to be presented to the authorities but we decided to avoid as both my flat mate and I were already abroad. Pay attention when it comes to get back your deposits and make sure you know your rights as tenants!
