        I rang to enquire about a room on the 24th of August and was told they would send me a txt with access to a virtual viewing. This didn't occur. Prior to this I had sent a message to them to arrange a viewing view Open Rent and they sent an automated reply saying somebody would be in touch. 14 days later, nothing. I received no response. Don't waste your time with them.

        Had a disappointing experience with the agency. :( I felt assured that I had student accommodation in an area which was mostly fully booked only to be told that I had lost the place to previous viewers despite asking to place a deposit a few days earlier Mostly a lack of communication and professionalism. I appreciate the people I spoke to on the phone were helpful at times! but this wasnt a nice thing that happened and screwed me over.
