We couldnt have wished for a more helpful and knowledgeable team than Gavin, Gary and Jack. Their expertise was invaluable in securing the sale of our property with the minimum of fuss. The team at Avard were brilliant. Always calm in the face of any issues, and gave good advice throughout. Gary, Gavin or Jack were always available to deal with problems that arose, and always able to chase up enquires with our vendor, buyer or the relevant solicitors.
