Where do I start! Cubitt & West were amazing from start to finish! Eloise knows how to run a hardworking team! Zak & Alice never hesitated to help with any questions or queries. Zak helped with a lot of the technical side of the process, he was also very polite and positive in any hard situations. He was very knowledgeable. Alice was always happy to help with any problems we faced at a quick pace. Alice was great at helping me with any paperwork I had and was always happy to put the kettle on when coming into the office to help with paperwork. She also helped match my requirements and found a great property for me which went through in just a few months. Eloise was brilliant from start to finish with getting the sale through in the time frame I was working towards. Eloise was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Eloise, Alice, Zac, Andrea and the team in Patcham were outstanding when we were selling our home. The market was starting to downturn but they managed to find the perfect buyers for our property. They kept in constant contact and were always very professional and lovely to deal with, and we felt very confident knowing they were on top of things with the conveyancers. Their efforts meant we were able to complete within 2 months! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Eloise and the Patcham office, and would definitely work with them again.

I recently sold my house through Cubitt and West in Patcham. Eloise and her team were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Alice was a delight, always upbeat, she often went over and above to facilitate a great relationship between myself and the buyer which kept everyone fully engaged. Although we hit a couple of bumps in the journey, as is common, she was reassuring and comforting, finding solutions to keep the show on the road. Highly recommended.

Buying my house through Cubitt & West, was not without hiccups. But Alice (senior sales lady) and her team were fantastic. Whenever I had a problem or felt frustrated, a call to Alice always calmed me and I was always confident the she would do her very best to sort out any problems, with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Always a sign of a good manager is the team around her, her team were also brilliant at helping with any worries or delays that occurred, and solving any holdups.
