Totally unprofessional, throughout my daughters tenancy while at university they consistently refused to do maintenance or repair and then had the cheek to withhold half the deposit for "damages", don't deal with these people unless you absolutely have to.

Dont have a good word to say about Homelets. Was absolute hell living in one of their student properties in Brighton. Maintenance repairs took weeks sometimes months to be fixed , including leaks and mould. Staff were very rude and unorganised. They never replied to emails and were highly unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.
