Had a viewing carried out by Liam, was so professional and friendly at the same time. All questions I have asked he new the answers to. I was surprised when he mentioned he was new to the job as he was very confident.

Writing a quick review so I can let this go: absolutely terrible experience working with Liam at this office. Was given 48 hours notice that our move in date had changed (as in 48 hours prior to our agreed upon date) and Liam was too much a coward to even call and tell us himself, a pattern that repeated itself each time he had frustrating news. He also disappeared on us and the landlords for almost 4 weeks with zero communications. I am genuinely upset that he was compensated at all for his work here. Hours and hours of unnecessary time wasted, unacceptable communication, and a total and utter lack of caring. If I could give 0 stars or less, I would.
