Fell asleep waiting to be seen. Definitely get an appointment or you can be waiting 45 minutes. Had fraud on my account, didnt seem to bothered or alarmed, a regular occurrence it seems. Online banking with Lloyds is convenient but has its pit falls

Came in desperate for some change for the laundrette, since no shops are accepting cash during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Got told that they can't change 10 pound note to coins without me having an account to put it in. my main bank is halifax which is part of the same banking group. really stupid, This is why i don't bank at Lloyds. What kind of bank can't change notes.

Closed my M&S account and switched to Lloyds. The lady at Boundrey Rd was helpful, friendly and arranged for a home call the next day. A 5 minute call was all it took to switch. I have always found the staff there to be most helpful
