Still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks and cant get in touch with their customer care team, I have left messages to no avail be careful when thinking of ordering from this company

I purchased 2 bar stools in August, I have been chasing them via email and phone calls on shipping status, and have not got any update on it. I've tried calling their customer service, similar to the other reviewer's experience, a nice lady took down a message and said have marked it urgent. However still no one responded to me about the shipping status. They were super responsive when I was placing the order just not available when I'm waiting for my products to arrive!

Ordered a stool and paid in January. Item was actually out of stock despite taking the money and still waiting for the refund despite dozens of calls and emails. Not cool and one stars reviews isnt a viable business

Ordered a set of bar stools from Cielshop, called to confirm and great customer service items arrived next day and I'm thrilled with them, will definitely well recommended and will order again.

DO NOT USE this company, the customer service is dire. I ordered my bar stools back in March, the website stated they were in stock and delivery in 3 working days, I finally received them on the 15th May. In the meantime I have telephoned in excess of ten times, the phone is always answered by a polite lady who has ALWAYS tried to put me through to a person that could assist but that person is NEVER available. Always takes my full details every time and tells me its marked as URGENT so someone will get back to me. They NEVER did get back to me. Decided to start backing my phone calls with emails and again no one ever got back to me. I started to worry this was a scam. Sent an email asking for a refund and citing legal obligations - this is when I got a response saying the items were out of stock and the delivery would be a further 3 weeks. Three weeks later I received an email to say bar stools back in stock and would be dispatched the following day. HOWEVER, the following day they emailed again to say that they weren't in stock after all and would be sent asap. One week later, they Finally arrived - HOWEVER they'd sent the wrong colour seats! What's more if they had been the right colour they'd forgotten to include any fittings to attach to the legs! Totally exasperated with this company, telephoned them straight away - and wasn't surprised to hear the person I needed to speak to was unavailable - Surprise Surprise! Sent an email, and over the course of the following week rang repeatedly and never could get through. I even considered keeping the wrong colour ones as my stress levels were through the roof trying to get through to this company. Either that or drive to their shop at Brighton from Yorkshire! Not once have I had a reply nor phone call from this company to give me any kind of update. Last Friday out of the blue, I received an email stating a courier would be coming that day to exchange the seats. No notice, or prior warning so obviously cancelled all plans to wait in for the elusive seats! Finally arrived,(with fittings this time) but will never use this company again and strongly advise anyone else not to unless you're looking to increase your stress levels and raise your blood pressure!!
