My dad needed to get rid of his sofa with short notice, the Sussex Beacon charity shop in London Road collected it without no problems, the driver was very helpful towards my elderly father .The lady (jan)on the phone was lovely and very helpful and thankful to us. Keep up the good work Johny

I've always found the staff to be friendly and really accomodating. A mixed variety of antique and affordable items, including furniture and books. There are affordable pieces here, but you should take the time to look around.

I wouldnt even give this place a one star based on how rude the manager is and last the staff are. All they want you to do is sit at the till and wait. Only when I started to clean the shelves to get rid of some of the years of dust that has just been allowed to sit there did the assistant manager then decide to do some. This shop has such huge potential but unfortunately the people running it are just running it into the ground.
