There was a miscommunication that could have been dealt with better. I dropped my car off at 10am and had to hang around until 4.45pm to pick it up. The work that was done was only a change in bulbs to get it to pass its MOT and I didnt end up having my service done as you ran out of time. Im pregnant and it was a very stressful day ~ there was no apology from the person who had failed to give the correct information and I was the one in the end putting it down to miscommunication to which he didnt agree with.
