Similar experiences to other reviewers, I was totally messed around for several weeks by their hard-to-join zoom sessions. How hard is it to accept someone to a zoom chat? Why would I be an impostor joining a private session? I moved on to an in-person therapist who actually helped me. If I had been seriously mentally ill my treatment by the Rock Clinic might have worse consequences.

Looking back now... I regret listening to the gp and using this service. They are not professional at all. Gaslightning and condescending on the first session. Waisted money and left me feeling worse than before. There are better places, more educated and organised for same or cheaper price!!

Ive really been enjoying my sessions with Rem and have found them very helpful over the last 6 months. My sessions are in the evening (not within reception hours), but in the instances that Ive met reception staff, theyve been very helpful. When Ive needed alternate session slots, the clinic/my therapist has been very accommodating and understanding - would recommend!

I've used the Rock Clinic twice in the last few years. Each time was a very positive experience. I saw counsellors who I felt safe with and supported. I would highly recommend them.

I have just inquired about using their service, I was recommended by my gp. I asked for Councelling and all their reply was about was money! Thats not the way to approach new customers, especially people who are finding life extremely difficult. Make your focus your clients, I want to be spoken to like a person. dont show me your price list without even talking to me first.
