Don't be fooled by the friendly staff in store. That's the only good customer service you'll receive.
Ordered two sofas on Boxing Day for delivery on 26-Apr-23. On 19-Apr-23, when collection and disposal of the old sofa had already been arranged.
Called customer service, who said there was nothing they could do about the date, made absolutely no attempt to apologise, or sympathise. When I asked about appropriate compensation, I was told they'd refund the delivery cost. I stated I thought that was inadequate, the surly response was, "You don't have to take it"!
When it eventually arrives, I'll be going over them with a fine tooth comb as I don't trust this company in the slightest.

TERRIBLE delivery service, rude staff, when you try to get an answer from the call centre, they wont help ! Useless !
Please dont buy from here!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
