        Used a number of times. Unfortunately there's been loss of trust due to the shop owner due to not being truthful about being able to fix an issue with the car, knowing this in advance and stating otherwise

        Not the worst but not that great... I've been to John a couple of times in the past and he did a good job. Then I had a service recently, and he failed to notice the reat windscreen wiper wasn't working, so it remained broken even after I'd paid for a service. When I pointed this out he got a bit moody and wasn't helpful when I tried to arrange a time to bring the car back in. I don't go to a mechanic to be treated like royalty, but I would like my car to be safe on the road. Service: Auto maintenance

        Until I went electric I always had my cars serviced and repaired by John - definitely recommend him for being honest and good and doing things as economically as possible
