        Went in to buy a radiator with the correct measurements 900 x 600 x 78 got given the wrong size, so returned within 24 hours boxed as it came as the plumber told me they have given you the wrong size so returned it back and the sales man then placed the order again for the corect price but instead of paying the difference in price back they give you this lame excuse of sorry there is a restock charge of 30% when the product hasent even been opened and the mistake was from the sales person behind the counter , absolutely terrible besides the quality is not anything better from screwfix save your money and go somewhee where customer service is ace , screwfix is absolutely better in quality and price and customer service dont waste your money an absolute monkey run operation. Paying 120 for a salesman mistake is simply unacceptable ..
