GSP were hired by the freeholders of a block of flats in Brighton, one of which I own. There were an unusually high turn over of staff managing the block. No-one could ever really get it right and questions largely went unanswered including questions about the blocks finances. To be fair to GSP they were also dealing with a disinterested group of freeholders of the property but in any case GSP also played a large part in dragging their feet on any important issue. Senior management of GSP claimed ignorance when questioned on the way in which they chose to manage the block which is surprising especially when some of Graves actions resulted in an ombudsman decision. Clearly the senior management were not informed of the blocks' problems. At least this is what they claimed. If you are unlucky enough to have your block managed by Graves do bear in mind they have a low attention span when it suits them. Act quickly if there's anything you disagree with them on. Don't let it ride thinking they will resolve the matter of their own accord because they won't.

I cannot believe the reviews on here and genuinely based on my experience, including 11 other flats who share similar opinions to mine, that some of these reviews may have been written by Graves themselves. I only lived there for 5 years, but the shocking state Graves allowed the building to get into, and the insanely lengthy period it took to do anything about was sheer negligence. Even when they did do something about it it took months and months longer than it was meant to, and the owners of the flats had to basically project manage and check quality was up to scratch as it wasn't in numerous instances. I had to take them to Ombudsman twice in 5 years and won twice. That says a lot in itself. I could have taken them there more if I had more time. Complaint after complaint shoddily dealt with, some genuine security risks, other health hazards... They bailed on us recently, giving up on managing us because they'd made so many mistakes it was easier to cut and run as they knew it would cost them more to stay. They took our management fees and for the last 6 months did nothing but take the money. I'm now being chased by our new management agency for funds Graves lied to them that I owed. I've proven this isn't the case and they are now checking with Graves. Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs. I mean this. From management down to most of who they employ. I've spoken to their hierarchy numerous times and it never helped. Just waffle.

I would like to thank GS&P and Samantha-Jay Kelly in particular for the excellent service in resolving issues we have had with roof leaks and our soil pipe in our loft at our block in Haywards Heath. The matter was resolved virtually overnight by using an excellent specialist company. We could not ask for a better or more rapid service, so our thanks to Samantha-Jay and her company.
