Bought a 60 sweatshirt from their online store on December 2014. Never received it. On March 2015 they got back to me saying
"I think in all the chaos of the Christmas period we marked your order as shipped and assumed it had been sent. This is a massive oversight on our part and I am so sorry we are unable to fulfil the order."
Then offered me a refund or another item as the sweatshirt was no longer in stock. I replied to them, they never answered after that. Kept on chasing for months and never ever heard back from them. No refund, no replacement item. They kept my money though.
