Hands down best estate agents I've encountered in Brighton having lived here 4 years. Mehdi is extremely helpful and helped my partner and I secure a wheelchair accessible property, which we had struggled to do with other agencies. Friendly team and kept us informed throughout the process. Cannot recommend them enough!

Contacted them earlier this week to schedule a viewing. Was told that I couldnt view it and would have to wait until the next week even though I told them I was definitely going to take the property and so I made the viewing for the week after. Got a call today only to be told that not only had someone viewed it (when they had given me wrong information that it was not being viewed this week) and that it had been let! This level of conduct is not just poor its unprofessional. If there was some form of favouritism already going on then they shouldnt have advertised it. I am disappointed in at least not even being informed that viewings could be offered this week and I could come view the property. Approach this agency at your own risk because I can only imagine what other things would have happened in future if I had let the property. Unprofessional doesnt even cover this level of engagement.
