I was served by Samantha, she was very professional, good listener and nailed the kind of image I wanted. My skin comes along with quite few imperfections but she handled it beautifully

Service is excellent! Customer service is bang on here, I always have a great experience here. Ive forgotten the name of the lady who helped me last week but she was so lovely and very accommodating to my needs. I needed a product for my troubled skin and she was so patient and made me feel special, her name begins with N if that helps. I have acne prone skin and I feel she helped me find the most suitable product.

I bought the loose powder foundation about 6 months ago, and whilst Im by no means a novice when it comes to makeup, I really struggled to make this product work for me. Whilst I was in Brighton I decided to pop into the store and ask for some tips, and Rachel was lovely enough to give me a little makeup lesson with it! She suggested different methods I could try, and what products might work well - but was never pushy. It was a really positive experience, and would recommend the store to others looking for some makeup or skincare advice!
