I could not recommend Goldarts enough. Fantastic company. Came here to have a custom engagement ring made and the service from start to finish was impeccable. The team took the time to understand the exact things my partner loved and created something absolutely unique and perfect for us. She said yes and the ring is perfect.

I was very upset to take my Gucci watch in for a service and have it returned to me with the glass face cracked & broken. I was told it must have been broken already yet my receipt and subsequent emails refer only to a service & scratched glass that needed polishing. I have been a customer of Gold Arts for more than 30 years and purchased many items of jewellery here so am extremely disappointed to receive my watch back damaged with no apology.
