        Every time I went there for treatment was turned away with nothing. Seems they look for reasons not to give you treatments

        Well my experience of being booked in on the phone just now was painful. I might change this review after being seen but get a new receptionist. Why he wanted to know why I wanted to be seen is A) obvious, and B) not for him to decide. He also told me I'd be seen in a week on Thursday and confirmed that it was on Tuesday.

        The most amazing resource! Person who took my initial call was extremely helpful. I got an appt within 4 days. I was seen by the most wonderful caring nurse who put me at ease. Had thorough tests and examination and was asked about symptoms etc in a non judgemental way. Was given anti biotic treatment without even having to go to chemist and then doctor called me later to follow up with advice on an issue involving HRT. I honestly cant believe how excellent this service is - everyone from start to finish went above and beyond THANK YOU
