        Awful staff at Churchill Square. Unhelpful, refused to serve me because I wouldn't tell them why I wanted to buy vitamin E !. Told me I was rude because I told her all I wanted was to know where it was. I admit after to telling them where to go, after all if I'm told I'm rude I might as well be. Won't be using Holland and Barrett anymore

        pleasant service quite a large selection of products, although this is not the largest store and most importantly there is no queue

        Holland & Barrett, Churchill Square Appalling customer service from 'Sandra'. refused to acknowledge social distancing. Standing outside of the screen whilst at the checkout. Wears her mask under her chin. First words out of her mouth were - 'pay by card'. I asked about a product - she told me to 'hurry up'. In stark contrast there is another store 5minutes walk away. The staff are friendly, observe social distancing... What is the lady in Churchill Square's problem and why don't the management address this with staff training?

        I enjoy shopping at HB. I usually buy the essential oils creams and check out vitc and d. Staff are lovely and helpful and they like working for HB which is always a good sign.
