Working in healthcare myself, I know that listening and empathy are key skills. Tim not only has these in bucket loads but he also has the knack of getting to the root of a problem quickly, cutting through all the distractive stuff to get you to focus on what is really important and to think about things in a very different way. I find his gentle but persuasive approach has worked incredibably well for me. Thank you Tim, I feel that you have helped me change my life for the better and have given me the tools to maintain this. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Tim has been a massively positive influence in my life since I started sessions with him approximately 7 months ago. In that time, and under his guidance, Ive discovered a wealth of tools to help me process and manage a range of complex emotions that Id been having trouble dealing with for years. Tim has helped to provide a safe space for patients such as myself to share, discuss and ultimately overcome problems, issues and worries; all without judgment and without pressure. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and quite honestly cannot imagine how different life would be without his care and his help. Highly recommended to all.

I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. He creates a very accepting and unthreatening environment which makes it much easier for you to share your "darkest" thoughts and feelings, which, once expressed, turn out to be nowhere near as awful or unreasonable as you thought they were! As your fear of certain feelings diminishes he helps you to objectively examine the way you react to situations and make more sense of why you behave the way you do. This is all within an atmosphere of support and appreciation of your strengths and past experiences. I have found his support immensely useful.

Tim is a kind and thoughtful therapist always holding the clients best interests at heart. Clients benefit from Tim's gentle challenging style and feel heard and held in his empathy. Tim provides an excellent service to both his local community in person and the wider population online.
