I dont know what I was expecting at Mons Zumba class in the park but what I found was solidarity, sisterhood and banging beats! I smiled, I sweated and felt completely free, it was so empowering!

I cant think of enough words to convey the positive energy, the happiness from all who joined and the enthusiasm and abundance of vigor Mon puts into her classes; not to mention she can move; much more than plenty of other Zumba instructors! I loved it and had a full workout. I would easily rate this class 10 stars if possible.

Been going to Zumba with Mon for about 3 years, and so sad that I've now moved out of the area, will be hard to find a teacher to match her! You're the best zumba teacher I've had, and would have loved to attend more than I could. I will definitely be dropping into a class when visiting Brighton . Keep up the positive vibes and just simply being awesome!

I have been going to Mons Zumba classes since 2018! When temporarily living outside of Brighton on two occasions I tried other zumba classes, but nothing ever measured up to Mons energy, passion and fantastic routines! The music is great, loud and the room is full of GOOD VIBES! dont miss out because with these classes you are only ever one Zumba class away from a GREAT mood
