Rude management, we complained about the mould for months and nothing was done, the owner of the flat came to look at the mould unannounced because he was going on a luxury cruise in the carribean and could not give the notice required, he agreed there was mould but didn't do anything about it until the week before we left when they painted over it lol

I rented with this letting agent for some time and I only had great experiences! I was always treated lovely and with respect and any issue I have had in the flat was always treated like a priority to them and fixed as soon as possible! Unfortunately the letting agent doesn't have flats where I am planning to go next, but whenever I am back in the area, I will be back with them! Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful 4 years!
