        As a tenant I have been very unhappy with this agency. This agency and my landlord have both been deceptive and unresponsive. I should sue them both. The tradesmen they have used to maintain the property have been intrusive, incompetent and untruthful. The work they have done has been shoddy and inept. This agency has harboured an agent whose fraudulent activity has been to the detriment of both landlords and tenants. As I have seen demonstrations outside this agency, I assume I am not the only tenant who feels aggrieved at the way this agency has dealt with their tenancy. Some of the 5 star reccomendations are made by people with links to this agency so I would say their recomendations should be taken with caution.

        Foundations in Brighton have managed my property for three years now sadly I'm selling but would like to say Mr pay and Emily have been superb dealing with my property the money has always been on time and couldn't expect a better service
