Simon really is an absolute dynamo - from the moment he stopped by my property and promised to sell it within a week, we knew we were in safe hands! He helped us with our property sale and new purchase with tailored, professional and enthusiastic service every step of the way. I can write this with complete certainty, our sale would not have gone through without Simon and his team guiding it through. We are based abroad and with restrictions, the unique challenge of impending stamp duty holiday, and complications in the chain, without Simon going above the call of duty our sanity would have evaporated long before the sale could complete.
