Just about to complete the sale of our home in Hollingbury. Alex was our first contact when we started and was very professional, friendly and helpful. Throughout the team have been great. Special mention to Zoe, who worked tirelessly and gave me complete confidence in the sale going through. She kept me informed constantly without me having to chase for information. It looked like the sale was going to take a lot longer (for reasons out of Fox and Sons control), but Zoe worked extremely hard to get things organised with solicitors, other buyers/sellers and we are now due to complete in a couple of days. While the team in Preston Park are very good, unfortunately they recommended Premier Property Lawyers to my buyers. PPL proceeded to take over 13 months to do the basic conveyancing on my flat and consistently delayed or held up the process by making excuses daily. This nearly caused my chain to collapse on two occasions making my dream onward purchase an even more stressful process that it needed to be. In short, check who Fox and Sons are recommending and ensure you don't have Premier Property Lawyers in your chain. This made the selling process far harder than it needed to be.
