Friendly helpful staff, and their knowledge they of running shoes is absolute top end geek level. I did an internet price comparison of the shies I beought there and they were very competitively price. So basically all the knowledge and help and still decent prices.

I wouldn't take advice from anybody else. Kurt and Reuben have such in depth understanding of runners, running and shoes, you're bound to leave with a pair of shoes which suit you and your needs. RUN is an institution.

Absolutely *first class* customer service. From finding me the right shoes onwards they are the only place I'll consider going for running shoes now. They took all the guesswork out of finding shoes and I'm so happy with the Brooks I've ended up with and been happily running in an reordering from them since.
