Just wanted to say an amazing thank you to the guys at A j Robertsons a fantastic team very polite and helpful. I took my car in for a door handle issue they gave me plenty of options of costs regarding using main dealer parts or aftermarket which was very helpful for my self as when I took my car to bmw I had no choice and was alot more expensive..which is how I then found a j Robertsons I'm glad I found them as after fixing my door handle I had a service carried out and will continue to use these guys as the service is great and very helpful Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

I originally went there as I had a free 20 point RAC health check on the car I had just purchased. I left my car at the garage and 45 minutes later I get a call from the garage to let me know that the check was done and that there were a couple of minor issues, however the two frontal suspension springs had snapped and needed replacement. I asked for a brief quote, they called me back 20 minute later, gave me the quote, I accepted, and by the end of the day I had an oil change, oil filter replacement, new suspension springs and new headlights. I honestly thought my car was going to stay there for at least 48 hours but it was dealt with in less than 6. Out of curiosity, I called another independent garage and Halfords for a quote, turns out Halfords had a very similar price and the other independent garage was around 30% more expensive! If you are looking for a professional and fair priced, independent garage, I would definitely go here!! Service: Oil change
