I order two sets of bath bombs for Christmas presents, only one arrived. I emailed the seller and was told that a replacement would be sent that day. It never arrived either. So after yet another email asking for a refund, I have had no response. Will definitely not be using this seller again!

Everyting in the box was broken. They didn't repond any of my emails and call. There is not any replacement or refund.

Delay in receiving package due to postal strikes but excellent customer service when I contacted the company to enquire about the delay. Immediate and helpful email response with tracking details. Parcel has now been received and is packaged beautifully which is perfect as it is a gift. Thank you very much to Naiomi for your wonderful customer service.

My mother has got me these for my birthday and I have only used one bath bomb so far and it has smelt good!! I absolutely love the smells and the quality. A fantastic gift, they are fantastic! Just what I need some more bath bombs.
