Unfortunately I have to update my review, and change my 5 star to 3. Today I paid over 40, and as a member I should get a sleep set for free. I didn't ask about it when it wasn't offered, because I thought it might be only online, or something. But on my account online it appears as an item I received. I'm disappointed.
This was my previous review:
'I had an amazing experience in Rituals, Brighton.
You can test all the fragrances, and you can try scrubs and soaps at the sink. They made me feel like a VIP. The staff are very nice, and very helpful. I need to travel an hour there from where I live, but still after my experience I will more likely to return to this shop then order online. Highly recommended!'
