Pleasant low-pressure shopping atmosphere at this outlet for this brand of relaxed outdoors clothing, at a price! Very easy going and well informed staff. Worth a visit.

Poor experience following a return. I returned my item, but hadn't received acknowledgement of any kind, and so I called customer services. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail asking for a callback. I gave it another couple of days, and used the customer contact form on the website. Someone got back to me fairly quickly by e-mail, and asked me to e-mail a different address, specifically for returns. To be fair, the website does provide an e-mail address specifically for returns, but I would have thought I would receive acknowledgement that the return has been received (signed for on the 13th March, today is the 25th) and a refund, or at least a response to the voicemail and e-mail by now. Also, why have an enquiry form, and then ask me to e-mail, without someone taking ownership. Not a great customer experience.

Always such a pleasure visiting Finisterre in Brighton. This store is a gem tucked away in The Lanes. The staff are super friendly (without any hard sell!), passionate about the brand and the clothes which are of exceptional quality and design without compromising sustainability. I love the brand ethos which has kept me going back time and time again. I've been very happy ordering online through the lockdown as the customer service, return policy and process, and speed of delivery has been amazing, but nothing compares to being able to go into the Brighton store so I can't wait to visit again. Thanks team Finisterre Brighton!

Cool, ethical, surf/sea inspired clothing brand tucked away in the lanes. Staff are helpful and the clothes are well made - the raincoat I got from here is amazing!!
