I have my parcels sent here weekly and was gutted by the customer service I experienced there today. I received a notification that my parcel was ready for pickup a day and a half ago and today the young man said it wasn't there. I found the tracking stuff to show him and he said it is actually there, it's behind him, but he doesn't have time to look through the stack of packages. I asked him if he could please look for me and he said come back later today sometime. 1. Don't lie. 2. Don't waste my time. 3. Learn to say sorry and not be straight up rude to people. Anyone with kids knows how hard it is to get your little ones out the door so to get somewhere and have someone say they have your property but can't be asked to look for it and come back when it suits them in a couple hours after first lying to you is insane. Please feel free to deliver the parcel to my house or at least say sorry and I'll definitely change my rating.

Gave my parcel to someone else, clearly didnt check that person for ID. I have no way of tracing where my parcel has gone.

Woman there purposely did as little as is humanly possible to help, when I was clearly struggling, but after two attempts, she just went back to her phone call. Beyond lazy, beyond rude. Go elsewhere. Youll be happier to pay someone that actually cares and puts in an effort.
