        E-mailed them for help on a paint colour/code and got no response (ever). On that would like to drop a star but can't - weeks later ordered the paint with a legacy code anyway and it came (in new variant) within 48 hours. Amazing! So 5 stars! Thank you.

        Mismatched the paint despite being given the car and various samples. Zero customer service, rude, no apology, about to go to court. Apparently they don't use any computer coding on their paint so it is impossible to match twice. This is basic lack of professionalism. I will NEVER use them again. I think the photos say it all. The colour mixed did not match any panel on the car or the sample(s) given.
