Very disappointed ordered on Deliveroo last night my order never arrived and Ive tried to get a refund and its being refused as the place is saying they delivered it when they clearly havent and Deliveroo cant do anything else as the place uses its own drivers so theyve basically stollen my money Ive tried calling so many times and got no answer
