Ive rented with Martin & Co for two years and theyre genuinely the best lettings agents Ive ever dealt with and Ive had a fair share of awful ones! Theyre easy to contact, helpful to communicate with and from start to finish the tenancy has been so easy. Over two years there was only one problem with the flat which was rectified immediately. The flat I was in was being sold, they always kept me informed and even for viewings they would always work around me as I work a lot of nightshifts which really meant a lot as a tenant and I didnt have to worry! Im gutted im not with them anymore but couldnt recommend them highly enough as a tenant, thank you!

Martin & Co now manage the letting of my flat in Queens Park, Brighton. Having used another well known local agent for 5 years, I contacted Martin at the Brighton office for help and advice. I was unhappy as the previous Agent was charging me a monthly 9% Management Fee and I was being charged additional extras like Landlords Insurance without being asked if I wanted it. They were also very difficult to communicate with as they have numerous offices around town and staff changing all the time. I do not hesitate to recommend Martin & Co. Martin is very knowledgeable, provides a very personable service and the Management Fee is very reasonable.
