        Poor. Ignored by the one person working, who was serving someone else but didnt even acknowledge our presence. Waited a few minutes and then left, mentioning the lack of service at the desk downstairsthe response was indifference. A real shame.

        Great attention. Went for running shoes and the person that was in the store showed a lot of options that could work for me, explained all the factors for the shoes and did a gait test. It was really nice experience.

        Really great service in measuring my gait analysis and buying new running shoes. Assistant store manager was very helpful and knowledgable. Even though pair I wanted were not in stock, it was no trouble to locate another pair and arrange delivery to my home address. Will definitely be back again to buy my next new pair!
