        I just want to say that Ryan was very understanding, kind and hardworking, even at a very stressful time when their computer system had been down causing a huge backlog. Yes, there was a delay in getting our appliances, but as soon as theyd been delivered he came to install them, and later took the old ones away. Thank you Ryan and HAD.

        Do not use this company. I had a problem with my washing machine and they came out and couldn't find the problem. I called them out again and they refuses to send an engineer out. They they sent me a letter to say they were taking my direct debit out which I immediately cancelled.please do not use this company.
