        3 weeks after I rent my car, they sent a fee of 40,I have trying to contact Hertz Brighton Racecourse for 3 days during opening times with no answer. Each phone call cost me 5-6 due to the time I spent speaking with a machine. I have arrived to Hertz Brighton during opening times and is closed.

        Charged 1.75 on their premium rate number. Called and was ok hold for two minutes - I didnt even get to speak to anyone and was charged for this premium rate number! Thank god I didnt hold any longer!
