        Booked VIP booth pre covid and paid 50 deposit however after they cancelled the event due to covid and being closed they still refused to refund the money have sent several emails over the months and dont even get a reply extremely poor customer service, poor communication, unhelpful and uncaring. Other companies were able to offer refunds in challenging times but not these guys not impressed. Looks like they dont even have the bar anymore so they vannot offer the service but still no refund

        Cancelled my booking for a cocktail making class for my friends hen-do without letting me know. I confirmed the booking with the venue and it was still cancelled.
