Went in the other day to look for a pair of boots. Women inside was very rude and very unhelpful. Infact absolutely disgusting. I was willing to spend a lot of money. I ended up going to an official merchandiser and got them cheaper than what she was selling them for. I'm all for customer service and she has none. I won't be back!

The shop is ace. They kept a pair of shoes for me after I tried them on but had to travel away that week. Communication was brilliant. He even cracked a joke when I went to pick up, told me he'd sold them that morning. He hadn't and they were there waiting for me. A man who keeps his word. Thank you so Taz for your help. Top quality boots for a wedding.

My experience was shocking, wish I never bought boots here, she is the rudest woman, ive ever experienced, don't ever buy from this shop, you can't return shoes, and the quality was so poor, I'll never put foot in this shop,.
